Treatment Cancellations must be made within 24 hours notice. If it is less than 24 hours notice then 50% of the value of the treatment booked will be charged.

If you fail to show up for an appointment booked a 100% no show charge will be made.

If you are late and there is someone booked in after you, you may not be able to receive your treatment. If it is still possible to carry out your treatment it may be at a reduced time.

Online Shop Refunds

We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement, on all goods returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of goods. For hygiene reasons products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition, with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and cellophane intact.

If you decide you want to return the product/s, you MUST notify us by email at info@skinsolutionsltd.co.uk quoting your order number and the reason for the return. We will only accept returns that we have been notified about in the first instance.  We will then send you the necessary instructions via email.

All parcels must be sent back in the original packaging using a tracked and insured postal service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in the postal system so it is critical that you obtain proof of postage.  We will not be responsible for the cost of postage for returned items.

Once we have received the goods, we will send you an acknowledgement email and gladly process your refund for the item less delivery costs.  If you paid for the items by credit or debit card the refund will be applied to this card for the amount of the products returned.  We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 21 days after receiving the goods back.

Damaged or faulty items
Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.  We MUST be notified 48 hours after you receiving the goods of any problems.

Order cancellation and unwanted items
If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued.  If you are returning unwanted items, we will only be able to refund the cost of items returned. We will not be able to refund any postage paid at the time of ordering or any postage costs incurred in returning the items to us.  If you have benefited from free delivery, we reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you.

We reserve the right not to process your order if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we do not deliver to your area, one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.

 

 

Returning Dermalogica Products

Dermalogica offer 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked. This applies even if the Dermalogica products have been opened, used or damaged. So, you can buy your Dermalogica products with confidence.

We’ll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from Skin Solutions and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

Should you have a skin response to your product please contact Skin Solutions to discuss, this must be done within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

All returns must be pre-approved by Skin Solutions through email.

Please contact Skin Solutions within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order. This must be submitted via email.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Submit your return request via our email you will be asked to upload a photo of your item. Skin Solutions will not accept images from our website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own Dermalogica order with packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund.
  2. Our team will be in contact by email within 5 working days with instructions for returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the items for return. Skin Solutions does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.
