If you fail to show up for an appointment booked a 100% no show charge will be made.

In return if your appointment is cancelled by us with less than 24 hours notice you will receive your next appointment free of charge.

If you are late and there is someone booked in after you, you may not be able to receive your treatment. If it is still possible to carry out your treatment it may be at a reduced time.
